Our Elderberry Oymel is made with hand harvested elderberries picked and the peak of ripeness at high elevation in the mountains outside of Round Valley. The raw honey is from a remote high elevation location near Yosemite and the Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is made on our farm from our apples.

This is a great tonic to be taken to boost immunity. Take a tablespoon on it’s own or add to warm water for an immune boosting and thoat soothing tea. Can also be added to sparkling water for a refreshing summer beverage or used to flavor salad dressing.
